TERMS OF SALE

INFORMATION TO TAKE INTO ABOUT ALONDRA'S SALE TERMS:

Lead times ARE ESTIMATIONS and are specified on our website for each product. When choosing several units, the delivery date may vary. If you choose payment by bank transfer, take into account that your order will not be processed until we receive the proof of payment. Therefore, the estimated lead time will start from the date of which ALONDRA receives the payment and can issue the corresponding invoice. While the payment is received, the stock may vary and delivery may be delayed.

Online orders: the order status will be modified every time there is a change, so the client is updated at all times. In addition, Alondra will send this information to the customer by email.

For your convenience, the transport price is automatically calculated on the website, taking into account the volume and quantity of the merchandise. You can check the different shipping methods here.

The customer must indicate any important details for delivery. Any additional expenses due to difficulties in accessing the delivery address will be borne by the customer. Customers who reside or whose purchases must be delivered in "Residential Priority Areas" (restricted circulation areas for residents) must inform us of this fact and they will be in charge of obtaining the corresponding permits to allow us access. To avoid fines for entering restricted areas, the order will not be delivered until you have the permit sent to our email hola@alondra.es.

The customer is responsible for verifying that the measurements of the requested product will allow for it to be delivered to the indicated home or delivery address (please take into account doors, stairs, ceilings, corridors, landings, etc.). All measurements of ALONDRA products are real dimensions and do not reflect the measurements of the packed product.

The products delivered are perfectly packed by ALONDRA and protected inside their box or package. If for any reason the client orders the product to be unpacked before reaching its final destination, any damage caused will be beyond our responsibility.

The assembly of our furniture is done quickly and easily. Inside the boxes you will find the screws and other necessary hardware, as well as an assembly manual with explanations and details on how to install it. If you have any questions, send us an email to hola@alondra.es and we will advise you on the matter.

VIP or PREMIUM services do not equal faster delivery, only the type of delivery: at the door of the home (VIP), or with assembly and removal of the packaging (Premium). In fact, if you choose one of these services, your order may take longer to be delivered, depending on the carrier's availability and the destination of the goods.

In times of sales, promotions, summer, Christmas, Easter, etc., lead times may vary due to the large volume of orders processed.

In-store pickup: We will notify you when your order is ready so you can collect it within the lead time indicated in the product information sheet. Once your order has been prepared, we will send you a confirmation email or you will receive a phone call, whatsapp or sms to inform you that you can now pick it up during the store working hours.
