• If your order includes only small items, you will receive it within 7-10 days.

• If your order includes cribs, cots or Montessori beds, you will receive it within 20-30 days.

• If your order includes bulky furniture, it will be delivered within 30-45 days.

Repair or replacement: generally, our service department will decide whether to repair or replace a part/product based on the stock availability, sort of product, nature of the complaint, date on which the claim is reported... Please take into account that parts showing wear and tear (if any) will not be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Credit: once the return is accepted, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10/15 days after receiving and analysing the product returned. If the payment was issued by bank transfer, you must indicate your bank account.

If you need the assembly instructions for your Alondra furniture, please send an email to hola@alondra.es attaching pictures and/or letting us know which specific model you have, as well as the year of purchase. Since some products undergo improvements as time goes by, the instructions may have been subject to modifications.

In order to view the invoice for a completed order, follow these steps:

• Access the area "My account", which you will find at the top of our website, and enter your email and password.

• Select "Recent Orders" in the menu on the left.

• In this section, you will be able to see all your orders and select "Print invoice" to obtain your invoice. Remember that you can only print invoices for orders that have been paid and completed.

This service is currently only available for Spain and Portugal. For other countries, please check the transport options available.

We are well aware that all moms and dads want the best for their babies (of course, and we understand it perfectly!). That is why at Alondra the baby's safety is our priority when it comes to designing and manufacturing our products.

Before launching a new article, it is always thoroughly reviewed and controlled internally by our quality team. Subsequently, external checks and tests are carried out by technological institutes and inspection, verification and certification companies such as SGS, which ensure that our products comply with the safety standards applicable to each type of product.

In case you don't know, we have an assembly-line production, so our furniture cannot be modified or customised. In any case, if space is an issue for you, there are several sizes available, so you can choose the one that best suits your baby's room!
