1. Preparations ... Sign up!
In order to make any purchase at ALONDRA online, you must first register as a new user. It will only take you a few minutes.
Click on the "Sign in" icon at the top right of the website. Then, click on "Create an account" and fill out the required fields in the form that will appear.
Once completed, click on "Register" and you will receive a confirmation email. Voi la! You can now start making all your purchases at ALONDRA online comfortably from anywhere.
2. The fun begins ... Select your products!
Browsing our catalog is as simple as stopping by a store. Even easier, because you can access all our products through the categories in the top menu; or by entering the reference or name of the product in the search engine.
If there are several color or measurement options, choose the one you prefer, as well as the number of units you want to buy. You must also select the available shipping method. Finally, press the "Add to cart" button.
In the product sheet you can see if it is available at that moment or, if not, the maximum delivery time.
3. Double- check ... View the cart!
Once you have added a product to the cart, you can continue purchasing other items or view your cart.
By accessing the cart you can confirm the purchase or modify it (for example, delete a product or add more units, modify color, etc.).
You can check your shopping cart whenever you want by clicking on the icon that appears at the top right.
4. The moment you've been waiting for, the time has come to say "YES, I DO" ... Confirm your order!
Once you have chosen your products, click on "Place order". Fill out all the required fields and choose the payment method you prefer.
To complete your order, press "Continue with shipping".

5. The toast ... Check your order status whenever you want
Log in to your ALONDRA online account and access all the information about your purchases through the "My account" button.
Here you can check the status of your account at all times. order, in addition to printing the invoice.
We will give you information about the different states through which your order will go: (1) Confirmed: payment for your purchase has been made successfully; (2) In transit: the transport agency already has your products.
