At ALONDRA, we have two different shipping methods depending on the type of product you purchase. Because we know it is not the same to buy a bulky convertible crib as to order a light pillow as soft as your baby's skin./p>
Don't panic, we have solutions for each type of purchase...
THE CLASSIC: Our most common and usual service is the CURBSIDE DELIVERY.
- Small packages are delivered by courier, so you can have them at home in a jiffy.
- Heavy furniture orders must be handled with care, and we only ship them by means of a specialised transport company. They service provided is a curbside delivery, so please take into account your order will not be carried inside or upstairs. Our logistic partner will call you ahead in order to schedule the delivery for a date and time that suit you.
Other services such as home delivery, assembly or express delivery are only available for Spain and Portugal.
