Life is beautiful most of the time: you find the ideal room for your baby on Alondra's online store; you buy it comfortably from home; it is delivered within the stated lead time, assembly included; and your family lives happily ever after.
End of story.



But hey, as this is not a fairy tale, there are times when unforeseen events occur and you have to make a return.

Do not panic. At Alondra we are prepared and have solutions for almost everything.

You have 14 calendar days to return or change any item.

Depending on the reason for the return, there are different conditions that must be met.

Below you will find all the different cases:


Wrong product


I love the Montessori bed Alondra sent me! If it weren't for the fact that I ordered a convertible crib...

Yes, it happens seldom, but we are sorry to inform you that we are human after all and can also make mistakes ;-).

Needless to say, in that case you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to inform us so we can make the change.

Please, contact our customer service through any of the channels available. We will apologise and solve it ASAP.


You want to exchange a product for another one


If you have changed your mind, you made a mistake when measuring... It isn't the end of the world! You have the right to change your mind, of course ;-).

If once you have seen the product, you are not satisfied and you want to change it for another color, size, etc., you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to inform us.

Contact our customer service and they will let you know what you have to do.

You will only pay for the return transport and the postage to send you the new product (if the return freight is more expensive than that of the original delivery, you will understandably have to pay the difference).

We trust you will understand that we cannot accept any changes for furniture that has already been assembled.


The product does not meet your expectations


If you receive your product and it does not meet your expectations, there is nothing to worry about. You can return it within 14 calendar days of receipt.

You just have to contact our customer service and they will let you know the steps to follow.

You will only pay for the pick-up and return transport to the warehouse.

The product must be in perfect condition (without stains or damage), and keep all its accessories.

We can only accept returns of products that have not been assembled, used, or modified in any of its parts and that retain the original packaging in perfect condition (this is essential to process any return).

If you do not return the product in the original packaging, it will suffer a depreciation. We recommend that, if the product you are returning has already been opened, you repack it very carefully with all the protections supplied by Alondra.

We emphasise this because it may suffer blows during transport. If the item has gotten damaged by the time we receive it, we will have to apply an extra cost for the product depreciation.

If you decide to exercise your right of withdrawal and we receive the package in perfect condition, Alondra Infantil S.L. will refund the amount paid by the same means of payment that you used when placing your order.


Product damaged during transport


Don't worry, we'll take care of it and fix it.

That is why it is important that, before assembling your furniture, you make sure that you received the right product, in perfect condition, and that it includes all the parts that appear in the instructions.

Take photos or videos of the defect or damage and send them to us, so that we can verify it. Once we have this information, we will cover all associated costs.

We cannot accept returns of furniture that has already assembled.

All furniture and parts have a 2-year warranty. Alondra is responsible for all fees incurred for the repair or replacement of damaged parts.

A complete piece of furniture will not be replaced due to the arrival of one or more damaged parts. The damaged parts will be replaced without any costs for you. Rest assured your piece of furniture will be good as new, trust us!

The warranty on the furniture and all its parts covers all manufacturing defects for 3 years, not those caused by bumps, scratches, improper use or improper cleaning.

Do not forget to keep the email, invoice or ticket showing the product date of purchase.

*The warranty provided by Alondra Infantil S.L. complies with the legal requirements demanded both in the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws (TRLGDCU) and in Law3 / 2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

What are the return costs?

If the return is due to a mistake made by Alondra Infantil S.L:

That is, if the product is damaged, deteriorated, faulty or there has been an error in the shipment, we will understandably bear all the costs incurred.

This will be the case, as long as the transport is organised by Alondra by means of our partner agencies.

If the cause of the return is not our error:



If you want to return a product and you are within the Spanish peninsula, the return costs will be as shown below:

You will not be entitled to a reimbursement of any costs incurred for outbound transport and assembly of the furniture.

REST COUNTRIES (International return)

If, on the other hand, you do not reside in the Spanish peninsula and want to return a product because it does not meet your expectations, contact us previously. at

We offer you the possibility to use our transport agency, and we will make all necessary arrangements on your behalf.

We will provide you with a transport quote before accepting the return. These freight charges will be deducted from the total amount to be returned.

In order to avoid any problems, we cannot accept returns that are not arranged by our designated transport agency.

Small items (not furniture)

You can decide to send the goods through another courier of your choice. That being the case, we will not charge you any transport fees and amount paid will be refunded in full when the package is received in perfect condition.

Steps to follow to make a return:

Send an email at ​ ​​with photos or video of the product you wish to return. If the packaging has been opened and then resealed, remember that it must be in its original packaging, just as you received it.
