Preparations ... Sign up!
In order to make any online purchase from ALONDRA, you must first register as a new user. It will only take a few minutes.
Click on the "Login" icon on the upper-right corner of the site. Then, click on "Create an account" and fill in the required fields on the form that will appear.
Once completed, click on "Register" and you will receive a confirmation email. That's it! Now you can start making all your online purchases conveniently from anywhere.
The fun begins ... Select your products!
Browsing our catalogue is as simple as taking a walk through a store. Actually, it is even easier, because you can discover all our products by clicking on the categories in the top menu or by entering the product reference or name in the search engine.
If there are several colour or size options, choose the one you prefer, as well as the number of units you want to buy. You must also select the available shipping method. Lastly, press the "Add to cart" button.
In the product data sheet, you will see whether it is available and, that not being the case, the maximum delivery time.
Double- check ... View the cart!
Once you have added a product to the cart, you can continue buying other items or view your cart.
By accessing the cart, you can confirm your purchase or modify it (for example, delete a product or add more units, change colour, etc.).
You can check your shopping cart whenever you want by clicking on the icon that appears on the upper-right corner.
The moment you've been waiting for, the time has come to say "YES, I DO" ... Confirm your order!
Once you have chosen your products, click on "Place Order". Fill in all the required fields and choose the payment method you prefer.
To finalise your order, click "Continue with shipping".
You will then receive an email confirming that your order has been completed successfully. That's how simple it is to buy online at ALONDRA!
The toast ... Check your order status whenever you want
Log in to your ALONDRA account and access all the information on your purchase on "My account".
Here you can check the status of your order at all times, as well as print your invoice.
We will inform you on the different stages of your order: (1) Confirmed: the payment of your purchase has been made successfully; (2) In transit: the transport agency already has your products. They will contact you very soon to agree on a delivery date and time; (3) Delivered: you already have your Alondra products at home! Enjoy them and we hope to see you again ;)
