Or it's 10 at night and you finally have that little time to be able to sit in front of the computer and browse our catalog quietly, while enjoying a hot drink.

No problem! We have launched the new online order delivery service in our physical stores "ALONDRA SHOPS". Make your purchase comfortably online from the sofa at home and then go and pick it up at your nearest store.

The STORE PICK-UP service is available for both small items and large-volume furniture.

Identify yourself with your email and password in the "log in" icon at the top right, next to the search engine.

If you are not yet a user, you can register on the same icon or by clicking here. It will only take a few minutes.

You will love our wide catalog of children's furniture and decoration for your baby's room.

Take a walk around it and choose the products you want.

Add them to your shopping cart.

Finalize your order.

Select store pickup

Depending on the amount of your order you can select the different shipping methods. From 250 euros you can pick it up for free in the store on the day that best suits you.

When you are in the last step of the payment and you are going to choose the shipping method, enter your zip code and choose the store to which you want us to send your order. We have points of sale in all the provinces of mainland Spain, except in Segovia.

This service is not available in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Formentera. Although if you live in Las Palmas or Tenerife, you can also buy by visiting the physical stores of our distributor BELUMI.

You will receive an email from Alondra with all the information

When you have completed your purchase we will send you several e-mails informing you at all times of the status of your order, when it is in preparation and when it is sent.

You don't have to worry about anything else. We take care of contacting the store you select, to inform them of when they will receive your order.

Ready! You can now pick up your order

As soon as the store receives your products, they will notify you (by phone, whatsapp or sms) to agree with you on a collection day that suits you. As if you had ordered in the same store! In addition, they will help you load it in the car and if they have it available, they will offer you a home assembly service.

If you can't pick it up right away, don't worry, let them know in advance so they can take it into account. In some cases they will inform you of the maximum time they can have it in their warehouses (7-10 days from the notice of availability to pick up your order in store).

If you want it for later, write down the service date in the order comment and we will send it to the store a few days before, so that they do not have to keep it in storage for a long time.

You must present yourself with your ID as well as the SMS, WhatsApp or email that indicates that your order is ready. In the store they will offer to sign a document confirming the final receipt of your order and from there, you can now enjoy your ALONDRA products!

What if I want someone else to pick up the order for me?

No problem :-). If you sign a receipt with your name and ID giving authorization to collect your order, it will be enough. Give it to whoever you want to collect your order, along with a photocopy of your ID.

Thus, we take care of your products and make sure that we only deliver them to whoever you want.

What time can I pick up my order?

The store will indicate its collection time when it contacts you. Normally, the points of sale recommend collections from Monday to Thursday, since on Fridays and Saturdays it is very complex to make deliveries. They are at the top ;-).

If you can agree with them a time that suits you both, they will be able to serve you better and faster. In addition, you will facilitate their work and they will be very grateful.
